Description: Many people with Multiple Sclerosis are often discouraged to go for walks out of fear that their symptoms might flare up. This study is challenging this idea with the hypothesis that walking is actually overall beneficial for MS. To test this, the study will use brain scans to examine how myelinated certain regions of the brain are before and after a walking intervention.
